Nate Shipp (born May 21st, 1987) was the rhythm guitarist and backing vocalist of Black Veil Brides in 2006, he switched to Lead Guitar a couple of weeks of being in the band. He was one of the founding members of the band along with Andy Biersack, Johnny Herold, Phil Cenedella, and Chris Riesenberg. Nate joined Black Veil Brides after Andy, Johnny, and Phil began to play together and upload songs on the internet.
